In March 2018, Samanyu Pothuraju from Hyderabad climbed the Uhuru peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, the highest peak in Africa, and set a world record of being the youngest to scale 5,895m height.

He broke the record of Montana Kenney from the USA by just three days. While she achieved the goal when she was 2284 days old, Samanyu did it at 2281 days.

“When there is a will, there is a way.”
